Refund Policy — VEO 3.1 AI Video Generator

At VEO 3.1 AI Video Generator, we want every purchase to feel fair and transparent. The following rules cover subscription changes and refund eligibility for our credit-driven video services. 我们通过支付合作方作为 Merchant of Record（MoR）处理收款和开票，您将收到由该合作方出具的收据/发票；标示价格为含税价，适用税费由支付合作方代收代付。

Subscription Refunds

We can issue a full refund for a new subscription when all of the below are true:

The request arrives within 3 days of purchase.
You have used 100 credits or fewer.
Standard processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Credit Purchases

All standalone credit packs are non-refundable. Please confirm your credit needs before buying, as spent or unspent credits cannot be returned.

Switching Plans

If you chose an annual plan but meant to buy monthly:

We will convert the plan to monthly.
We deduct one month of fees plus processing charges.
The remainder is refunded to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not refund under these conditions:

Credit purchases
Expired subscription periods
Processing fees
Subscriptions past the 3-day window
Subscriptions with more than 100 credits consumed

The email shown in your user center (for verification)
Your account email
Order number or transaction ID
A short reason for the request

We typically review within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may add extra time before funds appear.
